Douglas Ball's 20 C ticket description* fairly describes the Burn ticket above: "To same design as Ticket A1, with lettering BOUND BY/ BURN/ & Co [with period under superscript o]/ KIRBY ST/ E.C./, 22 1/2 x 22 1/2 mm; black on pinky-fawn; 1866-70 - various examples."  This ticket is found in the books listed below, although not all copies of these books will contain this ticket, or any ticket at all.  Based on the publication dates in the titles listed below, the dates within which this ticket was used (according to Ball) in extended by one year in both directions: 1865-1871.
