Douglas Ball's 20 E2 ticket description* fairly describes the Burn ticket above:  "Same general design as E1, but 16 x 16 mm; 1871-83 - very common."  This ticket is found in the books listed below, although not all copies of these books will contain this ticket, or any ticket at all.  The 1860 title below is likely to be a "subsequent binding up," as Ball notes on a title containing the 20 E ticket, the date of which is much earlier than the usual date range for that ticket.
