Douglas Ball's 20 E3 ticket description* fairly describes the Burn ticket above:  "As E2, but blue on white; 1880-3 - various examples."  This ticket is found in the books listed below, although not all copies of these books will contain this ticket, or any ticket at all.  Based on the publication dates in the titles listed below, the enddate of use for this ticket (according to Ball) is extended by two years to 1885.
