Douglas Ball's 20 E3 ticket description* fairly describes the Burn ticket above, except for ink color and dates of use:  "As E2, but blue on white; 1880-3 - various examples."  The ticket illustrated above is a color variant: blue/gray on cream/white.  This ticket is found in the books listed below, although not all copies of these books will contain this ticket, or any ticket at all.
