I am a Ph.D. candidate in Demography and Social Policy at the Office of Population Research at Princeton University.

My dissertation examines the association between peer homophily and academic outcomes using data from the Educational Longitudinal Study of 2002 and Add Health. More generally, my research interests include the sociology of education, poverty, inequality, and urbanization.

Before I came to Princeton, I taught high school science in New Orleans, LA through Teach for America.
