REGRADE FORM FOR CHEMISTRY 301X - 2006

Please be careful to get the exam to be regraded into Jones' or Gingrich's hands. The best technique is to hand it to one of us after class. There are other, less certain possibilities. The exam can be placed in one of ourt mailboxes, for example (Frick 121, Chemistry Department Office). To protect yourself against failure of the system you may want to duplicate your exam. There are Xerox machines several places on campus, including the Chemistry Department (Frick 121d).

Unfortunately, we are forced to ask you to sign the following two statements:
