Leadership & Personal Development

The National Leadership Institute (NLI) is NSBE’s primary training and development event for our national and regional leaders. Current chapter leaders and members interested in becoming NSBE leaders are provided with leadership and functional skills development through the six regional leadership conferences (RLC). Year-round leadership and personal development programming is offered through executive board meetings, training workshops, and workshops for general members at regional conferences and the national convention. The primary purpose of this program is to enhance the leadership and management skills to prepare members for corporate and community leadership.
