Many talented people have already created some very useful sites with items in electronic format.  They are listed below.

One of the best and most comprehensive of WWW sites is the Russian and East European Studies (REES) Home page developed by Casey Palowitch and currently maintained by Karen Rondesvedt at the University of Pittsburgh.  I recommend starting here.  Another excellent site is Russian and East European Network Information Center (REENIC) at the University of Texas at Austin.
