WOMEN'S STUDIES AND GENDER STUDIES IN THE FSU

This is not meant to be an exhaustive list of Women's sites in the FSU, but it is a starting point for current information on the subject.

The Russian Ministry of Education has a national program for gender and women's studies. Link from Russian Feminism Resources.

Another program exists at Ivanovo State University. Although they do not have their own site, there is some information about them in the bulletin of the Information Center of the Independent Women's Forum

The University of Chicago has an exhaustive list of recent books on women's issues and by women authors. A great many of these books are available at the Princeton University Library. We also have many books that they do not list.
