Frosh Trip Menu
This is the menu from Frosh Trip 2009. If you have special dietary needs, please contact us at 609-258-6230 to let us know of your particular issues. We do our very best to accommodate kosher/halaal students, vegetarians, vegans, and people with food allergies.
For students who keep kosher, OA looks carefully at the menu and uses brand-name products that are marked as kosher wherever possible. There are some items that are not marked. The list of foods and brands will be posted on the OA Web site. Some meals may include both meat and dairy products, but these meals can always be prepared with some ingredients left out to accommodate those who do not eat meat with milk. Students who keep strictly kosher may need to bring some extra food items such as peanut butter. For those who request in advance, we are able to provide kosher pots, stoves and utensils.
