| Monday | Follow EL-Y back to OL-B. Follow OL-B north to jct with the Devil's Path (DP-Red). |
| | Take the Long Path (blue plastic markers) as it veers N, away from the DP-R. The LP |
| | markers change from blue to green as the LP crosses Platte Clove Preserve. No |
| | camping in the Preserve. Continue on LP which turns east onto Rt 16. Be careful |
| | hiking along road. Turn left onto snowmobile trail/Steenberg Rd (orange markers). Turn |
| | right when LP (blue) veers away from Steenberg Rd. Look for a campsite ~1mi from |
| | Rt 16 near jct HP-Y trail. Optional dayhike: Take the the HP-Y SE to Huckleberry |

| | cut-off trail up High Peak.] Continue on the LP, going east. Enjoy Buttermilk & Wildcat |
