3:00 - 5:30 PM - FVC, Get to know you games, Trust Activities

at the administrative section of Egner Lodge.

Tuesday Sunfish Pond Dayhike: From the western parking area on Rt. 80 at the Water Gap hike

north and east on the AT (white blazes) to Sunfish Pond. Take the Sunfish Pond Fire

Road north and east to the Turquoise Trail (hard to find). Take this south to the Mt.

Tammany Fire Road. Then hike west on the Tammany Fire Rd to the junction with the

Mt. Tammany Trail (red blazes). Hike over the summit of Mt. Tammany and down the

red trail back to the parking lot (the eastern lot). Walk back to the parking lot you

started in. You can decrease the mileage by doing earlier cutoffs.

Wednes Copper Mines Dayhike: Hike southwest on the Appalachian Trail (white blazes) towards

Catfish Pond. Cross Camp Road (AKA Mohican Road) past Camp Mohican. Take

Copper Mines Trail (red blazes) west to junction with the Kaiser Road Trail (blue blazes).

Take the Kaiser Road trail west to the Old Mine Road along the river. Parking lot at

Poxono Island is across the street. (Possible swim in the Delaware.) This hike is faster

the time allotted, so work in a long lunch and/or group activities. Do not stray from

Kaiser or Copper Mines Trail as there are pits from mines in the area!!!
