Backpack the Shenandoahs

5-day backpacking trip with spectacular fall colors and views from the summits of the Shenandoah Mountains in VA.
DATES TO BE DETERMINED. Fee: $95 students, $150 faculty/staff. Equipment, transportation, food provided by OA.

Bike the Great Allegheny Passage!

Bike along a tree-lined canal path and camp along the way! This fall foliage bike trip on the Great Allegheny Passage (GAP) rail-trail runs 135 miles between Cumberland, MD, and Duquesne, PA, linking up with the C&O Canal Towpath. DATES TO BE DETERMINED. Fee: $95 students, $150 faculty/staff. Bike retnal, campsite reservation, transportation, and food provided by OA.

Equipment Rental

OA Equipment Room: Outdoor Action has an extensive supply of backpacking and camping equipment that is available for rental (backpacks, sleeping bags, stoves, cooking gear, tents, etc.) if you are interested in running your own trip. Any member of the campus community may rent equipment (PUID required). Rental costs are minimal. Outdoor Action's Equipment Room (ER) is located at 350 Alexander St., for equipment rental.
