Dillon
Gymnasium
|
Dillon Gymnasium is the
non-varsity gym facility on campus. In addition to court space, squash
courts, and a swimming pool, Dillon houses the Stephens Fitness Center, an
8,000-square-foot bi-level workout facility. Jadwin Gym, which is generally
reserved for varsity athletics, is located on the other side of campus,
near Princeton Stadium and Lake Carnegie.
More than half of all
undergraduates participate in intercollegiate athletic competition at some
point during their years here. Princeton offers 38 varsity sports and
nearly 40 club teams. In addition, there are approximately 600 teams active
in the intramural sports program.
