5. Requesting a Modification to an Existing ICA
Modifications to an ICA are issued by ORPA to the consultant or research service provider in response to a Request for Outside Services Modification Form signed by the PI and an authorized department administrator and submitted to ORPA for review and approval. This includes modifications to the Scope of Work, incremental funding, extending or reducing the time for performance, and other changes in the terms of the ICA.
