Public Service and Civic Engagement Project Funding

Students and groups not eligible for USG Student Group Projects Board funding are encouraged to apply to the Pace Center for financial support for projects related to community service and/or civic engagement. The Pace Center fund was established to encourage undergraduates, graduate students, staff, and faculty to work in support of Princeton's mission to be "in the nation's service, and in the service of all nations."

Examples of the types of projects that might fall into this category include: outreach efforts by performing arts groups; educational panels or conferences on matters of public import; training sessions for groups involved in community engagement or humanitarian fundraising; various community service events.

CONTRACTUAL AGREEMENT

Please note that accepting funds from the Pace Center requires commitment to the responsibilities noted below. The Pace Center will assume the role of project mentor and institutional support for your entrepreneurial endeavors, and we encourage you to share your ideas with us. We will help you to develop your ideas and put them into action. However, it is important to understand that group members/coordinators will be responsible for fulfilling the requirements. Failure to comply will disqualify you from future Pace funding.
