Cane Spree

Sporting dark Cane Spree T-shirts, these Princeton women also display Cane Spree shirts in reverse colors – perhaps the shirts of their rivals? The year was 1984, when a new junior-senior Cane Spree was inaugurated with events such as a grapefruit pass, diving for dollars, and a water balloon toss. The outcome was still determined by a tug of war, however, and the juniors prevailed 301—290. Can any readers identify these students? end of article
