Meeting Dates and Deadlines- Fall 2006

Knowledge of the Projects Board deadlines is key to planning and running a successful event. There are two important Projects Board dates that are associated with every funding request. The first is the online application deadline. The application deadlines are always Mondays by noon.

The second important date is the actual Projects Board meeting date. If you submitted the application, you must attend the meeting that you selected. Please have at least one representative from your organization at that meeting. And make sure this representative is knowledgeable with the event details, the budget, and Projects Board funding procedures. You are more than welcome to have two or three representatives from your organization at the meeting. (The more the merrier!) It is great way for new officers of your organization to become familiar with the Projects Board process.

Submit Applications at least 10 days before your event. If your request exceeds $3000, contact co-chairs at least 2 weeks before event.

      March 15
      March 29
      April 5
      April 12
      April 19
      April 26
      April 31
May 7 (final meeting of the year)

All meetings will take place at 4:30 PM in the Student Government Office, located at Frist 204

If your event requires special attention or the deadlines are not suited for your event, please contact the Projects Board for an earlier date. We are very accommodating, especially if your event requires earlier responses on funding (in the cases of conferences, speakers, etc.). Do not hesitate to come earlier.
