    On behalf of the PCC Executive Board, I would like to invite you and/or your organization to attend what promises to be an interesting and informative conference. With every passing year, this conference has grown in scale and depth and this year will be no exception. On this website you will find our most up-to-date agenda. We will post updated versions as details of the conference come together. Thus far we have the following renowned Caribbean scholars confirmed to speak and are in the midst of confirming several others:

-J.A. George Irish, Ph. D.
Executive Director of the Caribbean Research Center and Professor of Interdisciplinary Studies, Medgar Evers College

-Sherri-Ann Butterfield, Ph. D.
Assistant Professor of Sociology, Rutgers University - Newark

-Holger Henke, Ph. D.
Assistant Professor of Political Science, Metropolitan College of New York

    At this time we request that you, and/or your organization send us an e-mail indicating your level of interest so that we can have a better idea of how many people to expect. This e-mail is non-binding but helps us better gauge interest. If you and/or your organization want to attend, please reply to this e-mail with 1) the name of your organization, and 2) the number of people you estimate will be attending by Friday, March 11, 2006.

    The cost of the conference is listed below. This price allows you access to all the events that weekend: breakfast, lunch, a sumptuous all you can eat Caribbean banquet, cultural show, sessions, opening event, closing celebration featuring BET’s own, DJ WALLAH and more! Online registration will be available shortly as well as information concerning hotel accommodations. Individuals can sign up and pay online as well as groups. If you pay as a group, be sure to e-mail us the names of all the people you are paying for.

Early Registration (ends 3/24): $20 USD
Regular Registration (starts 3/25, ends 4/21): $30 USD
Late Registration (starts 4/22): $40 USD

**Please note that conference tickets are non-refundable. Prices for non-conference attendees are $12 for the dinner and $10 for the closing celebration (discount w/ flag). **

    In addition, it has come to our attention that your school is greatly endowed with a vast amount of talented performance groups. Therefore we would like to extend our invitation to any of your dance, step, singing or instrumental groups that are interested in performing in our third annual cultural show.
