The School Outreach Project is an optional project for Physics 111 students at Princeton.  Working in teams, students create an inquiry-based science lesson for middle-school students. These student teams, each working with an advisor and a science teacher, base their lessons on the topics covered in the course, incorporating demonstrations from the extensive collection of the Physics Department, and modifying them to produce an appropriate lesson.  Students receive a grade for the project, which is done in lieu of the Final Exam.
