Liberty Science Center

Visits:  Faculty and students of PCCM may volunteer their time at the Liberty Science Center performing pre-arranged demonstrations related to materials science.  The LSC staff will work with volunteers from PCCM at the tables to guide the demonstrations.  The staff members at LSC will provide their expertise in working with children.  Each day, thousands of people will leave the science center knowing more about materials science.

Time Commitment:  1-6 hours at museum each visit; optional: attend demo training session at Princeton

Demographics:  NY, CT, and NJ Museum goers of all ages, families, student groups (k-12), other science organizations
