Middle School Students Find Science and Engineering All Over Campus

The Science and Engineering Expo (SEE Princeton) has been a tremendous success in reaching 1000’s of middle school students at an age where studies show they tend to lose interest in science.  This event allows PCCM faculty members and graduate students to showcase their science research in a format in which middle school students can interact with the scientists and explore for themselves the world of engineering and materials research.  Faculty, students or staff can run exploration stations and auditorium shows to engage more than 1000 middles school students.

Time Commitment: 1-4 hours day of event, 1-5 hours preparation, must submit an abstract of activity to Education Outreach Director

Demographics: Middle school students from all over the state, including Trenton, Lawrence, etc.
