Weekly Activities

PEF provides opportunities for Bible study, prayer, and fellowship almost every day of the week. Our weekly activities include:

Daily Prayer

Monday through Friday at Noon in Murray-Dodge Hall – Contact: Nathan Keyes '11 (nkeyes@)

Every weekday at noon, students and staff meet on the top floor of Murray-Dodge Hall for a brief time of prayer and fellowship. The prayer meeting usually runs about 15 minutes, and is a good opportunity for spiritual refreshment in the middle of the day.

Friday Night Fellowship

Every Friday at 7:30 PM in Murray-Dodge Hall – Contact: Anthony McDougal ’10 (mcdougal@)

This is our weekly large group meeting which includes singing, prayer, sharing, and a message from God’s Word. This spring we're studying 1 Corinthians. A great time of fellowship and snacks follows. Visitors are always welcome.

Freshman Bible Study

– Contact: Chris Sallade ’94 (csallade@)

FBS is an interactive Bible study for freshmen led by PEF staff and sophomore leaders, featuring both large group teaching and small group discussions. Over the course of two semesters, FBS covers both Old and New Testaments and comprises an excellent overview of the Christian faith. It is designed both for those just beginning to explore the Bible and those very familiar with it. Cookies and lemonade are always served.

Small Group Bible Studies

Contact: David Keddie ’04 (djkeddie@) & Aime Weiss ’01 (amscott@)

PEF staff members lead weekly small group Bible studies for the guys and girls in sophomore, junior, and senior classes. These studies are designed to provide both interactive Bible study and times of sharing, accountability, encouragement and prayer.

not because of righteous things we had done, but because of his mercy.
