Dear Delegates and Advisors;

As Executive Directors of PMC 2003, we’d like to extend to all of you our warmest welcome to the 22nd Princeton Model Congress.  You have no idea how much we are looking forward to renewing our relationship with those schools who have attended past conferences and welcoming those schools that are joining us this year for the first time.  We are confident that PMC 2003 will meet and exceed the high standards set for us throughout our long history of working with you all.

This year, our conference is moving to the Hyatt Regency Crystal City, located near the Pentagon.  With the added space that this hotel can provide, we are expanding the conference to include an additional 200 delegates.  The maximum school delegation size will be increased from 25 to 30 students, and we are adding seven new committees in our new Orange House.  As our conference continues to grow, we will continue to maintain a personal and warm atmosphere with our 8:1 ratio of delegates to Princeton students.

For our delegates: almost everything you need to know to prepare for PMC 2003 can be found on the Delegate Start Page.  There you’ll find your committee’s Background Papers to help you better understand the role your committee plays within the government; detailed rules of procedure; guidance on how to write an effective piece of legislation along with bill templates and samples; general advice on what to do/bring/wear at the conference; and much more.   If you would like to contact us directly, add PMCPrinceton to your AOL Instant Messenger buddy list!  Our officers will always be glad to talk to you.

That’s all from us.  For now, just join us in anticipating the best Princeton Model Congress ever in 2003!

Sincerely yours,
Sherene Awad '05 Natalie Ram '04
