[photo] [photo] Class of '99, '00 (Reunions '98) The Band provides opportunities to get to know your classmates better...much better.

In the University Store (11/93) The Band Fleshpile (perhaps derived from the end of most football plays) is an example of Band Bonding. It's usually a surprise to the person on the bottom of the fleshpile. [photo]

[photo] DM Fleshpile (Reunions '88) The Drillmasters tend to bond closely with one another. Sometimes too closely.

At Field Rehearsals (10/94) The Drum Major is lucky to get through a field rehearsal without being fleshpiled. (We lose more Drum Majors that way...) [photo] [photo]

[photo] During a Halftime Show (10/82) The Drum Major is usually fleshpiled during rehearsal...not during the halftime show. Supposedly. Another variation on the fleshpile can be seen on only roadtrips...the buspile.

Fleshpiling the Conductor (11/95) It's pretty unusual to find our Conductor at the bottom of a fleshpile. Maybe that's because the Conductor is usually on top of a ladder. Remember, "you break her, you buy her." [photo]

[photo] [photo] Seniors (Reunions '95, '99) The seniors demonstrate what they've learned in four years. Naturally, the senior taste-testing the ground is an ex-Drum Major.
