Research Interest:

Hui Wang has broad interests in energy science, especially engineering applications and fundamental research of combustion. Wang’s current research projects include:

1) Clean coal combustion technology, especially fluidized bed combustion, including fuels as coal, coal water slurry and some semi-cokes from gasification.
2) CO2 capture in combustion, mainly oxy-fuel fluidized bed combustion and other issues arising, such as ash deposition, slagging, desulfuration, deNOx, etc.
3) Fluidized bed combustion simulation, and open interests in gas turbine combustion,etc;
