We have three new members joined China Energy Group in the past week, from diverse backgrounds.

Jing Gu is a Postdoc fellow at the Department of Chemistry, Princeton University. Her current research focuses on the homogeneous catalytic reduction of CO2 to liquid fuels. She also works on novel semiconductor electrodes synthesis and engineering for water splitting or CO2 reduction.

Xiaoyu Tang is a PhD student in the Department of Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at Princeton University. She is now studying droplet combustion, and the combustion characteristics of liquid fuels. Her study has the potential to improve engine performance.

Xiuneng Zhu is a PhD student at the Department of Operations Research and Financial Engineering, Princeton University. Xiuneng’s research interests include price impact modeling, and stochastic controls and games.

Welcome Jing Gu, Xiaoyu Tang, and Xiuneng Zhu to the PUCEG family! To date we have 29 members from 8 different departments. Every member is strongly encouraged to communicate with and learn from each other, and to contribute to the group through sharing news and perspectives, organizing seminars and lab tours, et al. Every CEG member is welcome to contact and discuss with them.
