Major equipment in the Prud'homme Lab is found in our E-Quad labs A306 & A404 and includes:
- Physica MCR-501 Rheometer (Anton Paar). This top of the line stress-controlled rheometer serves as the groups primary rheological tool. Interested users should contact Professor Prud'homme for permission and Jack or Brian for training. The schedule for usage is posted here.
- The flash nano-precipitation mixers. The schedule is posted here. (To edit, log in to the google calendar).
- Flash Nanoprecipitation Mixers. This suite of tools designed in the Prud'homme enables our nanoparticle research. Interested users should contact Professor Prud'homme for permission and Stephanie or Marian for training.
- VirTis Benchtop Freeze Dryer. Enables the lyophilization of samples ranging from µL to hundreds of mL's. Interested users should contact Professor Prud'homme for permission and Brian for training.
- Nikon Eclipse TE300 inverted microscope. Interested users should contact Professor Prud'homme for permission and Brian for training.
- Hitachi F-7000 Fluorescence Spectrophotometer. Interested users should contact Professor Prud'homme for permission and Stephanie for training.
