Should one separate a string of multiple honorifics by commas
or not, or just ellipses?
For example: ben la-a.a. mo. r., ha-r. ha-g., ha-ts., k.
mo. ha-r. R. Avraham Duber, z. ts. l.h.h.
Unless the honorifics, or some of them, are "distinctive"--i.e. things that might be useful as $c's to differentiate otherwise identical headings some day--it is recommended ellipsing them, or most of them, just to save typing and wear and tear on the user of the file. If there's a special reason to put them in, or some of them, by all means put commas between them.
