Translations require the use of 041 field.
The only translations exempted from being treated as such in the 041 field are translations of all or parts of the Bible.
Anything else should be coded 041 1 and have a $h.
For example: liturgical works in Hebrew with translation into Spanish should be coded: 041 1  spaheb$hheb
