COURSE

The meet will be held at West Windsor Fields in Princeton, NJ, the same course used by Princeton's varsity cross-country teams. The 2008 NCAA Mid-Atlantic Cross-Country Regionals were held on this course. It is very flat and entirely grass, with one road crossing. Spikes are permitted.

Click here for course maps and photos.

SCORING

Manual timing and scoring will be used. There is no limit to the number of runners teams can bring, but only the top 7 will count for scoring. There will be traditional cross-country scoring (top 5 score, 6th and 7th displace).

AWARDS

Top 2 teams and top 10 individuals, men and women

RESULTS

Will be posted on NIRCA's website on Saturday night.
