About Us
The Princeton University Russian Club initiated a new chapter in its
history with a club re-organization in January 2000. The aim of the club
is to provide a forum for discussion of Russia-related topics in the
social sciences and arts as well as to facilitate access to aspects of
Russian culture. Spring 2000 semester plans include weekly language
tables, bi-weekly food and film events, lectures, and discussion groups,
trips to several museum exhibits, participation in the Princeton
University International Festival, and a trip to Brighton Beach, the
Russian emigre community in New York City. The club welcomes anyone
interested in any aspect of Russia and does not require language
proficiency.
