Data for Sociological Analysis.

The U.S. Census has gathered demographic, social, and economic information for the population of the United States since 1790, varying in content and detail over time. In the U.S. and in many other countries, census data is one of the richest sources of numerical information available for sociological analysis.

One useful way to measure attitude and perception is through public opinion surveys. For esample:
