Dissertation Abstracts is a definitive subject, title, and author index to virtually every American dissertation accepted at an accredited institution since 1861. Selected Masters theses have been included since 1962.  Beginning  with 1988, dissertations from 50 British universities and Worldwide Dissertations (formerly European Dissertations), are included.  Full text is included in .pdf format for all theses for 1997 to the present; there is also full text available for some dissertations for earlier years.  Dissertations not available here in full text can be ordered through Interlibrary Loan services.  Allow extra time for dissertations to come through this process.
