Currently SCI orders are estimated to ship in 2 - 6 weeks from the
time the order is processed through the SCI Store. Please for more accurate ship times.
Specifying a Shipping Address
(Home vs. Dormitory)
All students living in the United
States are encouraged to order their computers as early as
possible after the store opens so that delivery to a home or summer address
is possible.
Beginning mid-August, you should specify your
Campus shipping address for delivery of your SCI computer.
This is your Princeton dormitory mailing address. If you
do not know your dormitory mailing address, please call the
Housing Office at (609) 258-3127.
It is difficult to receive large packages at
your dormitory. Common carriers will make three delivery attempts,
and then return your computer to the manufacturer. We encourage
all students to order computers during the summer if possible so that
delivery to a home summer address will be possible.

Shipping to Princeton
The University cannot accept
delivery of your computer.
If you will arrive on campus early because of participation
in a special program, you may wish to make arrangements with
the coordinating party for that program. Please understand
that any such arrangement would be between the student and
the party that agrees to accept the package; they are under
no obligation to accept computer deliveries and may decline
to do so.
Rushed Delivery
Computers will be shipped in the order
in which they were ordered. We encourage you to order
your SCI computer as soon as possible. Generally, we are unable to
affect the delivery time of an order. In some circumstances we might be able to request a change of shipping method to expedite an order once
the computer is built and imaged. However, please note that this is only rushed delivery; the machine must still be constructed and could still take several weeks to ship after being ordered.
