We recommend ordering your computer as soon as possible after the store opens. For the summer of 2008 we recommend those purchasing Dell laptops wait until the new models are released. At that point you should order as soon as the new models are available through the store.

We also recommend ordering your computer at a time when it will be possible to ship to your home address. Receiving packages at a dormitory can be a challenge, and OIT will not accept delivery of your computer for you. Please see our Shipping Guidelines.

Shipping times are estimated at 2-6 weeks from when your order is placed. For more accurate ship times, please contact the vendor.

International Students
International students (including those from US territories) should wait until they arrive on campus to order SCI computers.  Vendors will not ship SCI computers to international addresses (including Canada and US territories).

Credit card billing is available to the US-50 states, as well as American Samoa, District of Columbia, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands. If your credit card is from outside these areas, you should instead use the Student Account or Loan options.
