In 1997, the Council launched the Princeton University Postdoctoral Teaching Fellowship Program to attract to Princeton postdoctoral fellows in science and engineering who wish to develop skills that will allow them to pursue careers in both research and teachng. The Teaching Fellows will conduct research in the laboratory of a Princeton faculty member, while simultaneously working with a teaching mentor in order to improve their teaching skills.
