Special Olympics is an international organization that offers athletic opportunities for children over the age of eight and adults with intellectual disabilities. Princeton volunteers will have the opportunity to assist or coach at practices in the Mercer County area for swimming, bowling and figure skating. Mercer County Special Olympics also offers other sports. Competitive opportunities are also organized for the athletes by Special Olympics and volunteers are invited to accompany the athletes to these events.
