Trenton Tots project brings University students in contact with 18-month to five-year-olds from the Hamilton Day Care Center. Students aid child-care specialists in their work with the children, who are victims of neglect or abuse. The volunteers help supervise approximately 15-20 children, and strive to stimulate their learning capabilities through a variety of recreational activities. Volunteers might be asked to set up snack, help out on the playground, assist with arts and crafts projects, or lend a hand wherever needed.
