This demonstration illustrates part of the Chen style barehand form. It is an excerpt from Master Chen Peishan's Chen style tai chi video, which is available either through us or through the Chen family webpage. The form illustrated here is taught by Master Won Park in the Wednesday class at Dillon Gym and in his school.
