AUDITIONS for all freshmen and sophomore women will be held September 14-17, 2008. Sign up in Woolworth Music Hall or at our Open House on Saturday evening, September 13th. Here is a brief summary of what your audition entails: Scales to find your range Pitch Matching to test your ear Picking the middle note out of a chord Swells to gauge your power A short exercize to determine which voice part is right for you ...And a solo of your choice. A Cappella, of course! You'd don't even have to sing an entire song -- one verse, or a 40-second clip, is fine. Past and Current Members of the Group have auditioned with... It's easy to get to, right down University Road from the UStore (heading away from Nassau Street) We're in the 3rd entryway-- the one next to Foulke Hall.
