Attendance policy You are required to come to every practice -including sparring and team runs- (see Schedule) unless you have a good reason (e.g., class or an injury). If it will be a regular absence (like for Wednesday night lab), send tkd@princeton.edu AND rexh@princeton.edu an e-mail explaining your situation for the semester. If you become deathly ill or go out of town, also e-mail tkd@princeton.edu AND rexh@princeton.edu in advance. Thanks!
Protection & gear Groin protectors are required at EVERY practice for men. Everyone, please bring all your gear to every class, many of the drills we will be doing require full gear.
Clarification of practice times For Mondays, the advanced class will often warm up in the Group Fitness Room (next door to the MPR) before moving into the MPR once the beginner class ends. If you arrive and can't find anyone, try the group fitness room.
For Wednesdays, we all warm up as a group down in the MA room (which is why the start times are the same) before splitting off. One class will usually go upstairs to train.
Hopefully this clears up any confusion.
