- Matthew Valvano '06 was honored as a recipient of the 2008 New Jersey Distinguished Student Teacher Award. Matty was one of fifteen students in the state to be recognized for outstanding academic and teaching performance. - Princeton University honored four exceptional New Jersey secondary school teachers at its 2008 Commencement on Tuesday, June 3. This year's honorees are Michelle Di Giovanni (Princeton University Class of 1993) Clinton Township Middle School, Clinton; Elsa Matos, Science Park High School, Newark; Justin Smith, Cherokee High School South, Marlton; and Sara Solberg, McNair Academic High School, Jersey City.
