The 1996 version of the LLF Project can now be downloaded as a pdf file. The project was funded by the National Council of Organizations of Less Commonly Taught Languages [NCOLCTL] and was initially mailed to AATT members. Additional copies can be obtained for $5.00 to cover copying and postage costs, from the editor.
