A technical paper describing the Harvard/Princeton OSETI projects and summarizing the results through November 2003 has been published in The Astrophysical Journal!

The observatory where the Harvard OSETI group performed their observations has been closed, so the targeted OSETI search performed by the Harvard and Princeton OSETI groups has stopped, likely for good. The Harvard OSETI group plans on continuing its all-sky OSETI survey.
