June 22-25, 2004 at Berkeley, CA
The Tenth Conference for African American Researchers in the
Mathematical Sciences (CAARMS10) will be held during the dates of June 22-25, 2004 in Berkeley, CA. It is
jointly hosted by the
Mathematical Sciences Research Institute and the Lawrence Berkeley
National Laboratory.
Events include invited technical speakers, tutorials, and a graduate
poster session. The organizers are William A. Massey of Princeton
University, Robert Megginson of
the Mathematical Sciences Research Institute and Juan Meza of the
Lawrence Berkeley National
Laboratory. Stay tuned to this site for more details about the
conference.
There is funding to support graduate students who want to make poster presentations at CAARMS10. All interested graduate students should submit their titles and abstracts by email to wmassey@princeton.edu before the end of May.
