           At first, I just studied on all my courses, and after a year I began to prepare for the English tests, remembered a lot of weird words( forgot all of them now);

           In 2002, I began to work in Pro. D. P. Yu's lab, I did  some Ga2O3 nanowires fabrication work, and then worked on EBL to deposit electrodes on CNT.
