  • 06/21/10: I receive the Chinese Government Award for Outstanding Self-Financed Students Abroad. Here is the picture with other recipients.

  • 04/28/10: I receive the Ray Grimm Prize in Computational Physics. This is a very prestigious and highly competitive award. My citation reads: "For his deep and penetrating contributions to the computational physics of heterogeneous materials and particle packing problems."
