Another way of evaluating the entries. Following the ranking system designed by Yves for the first Iron Chef, only three judges were this time allowed to note the dessert. The three unfortunate (because subject to recriminations ;) ) judges were Anna V., Bob and Keith. After a big suspence, due to some errors in the counting (well, check the sophisticated grading system!), Eric won by a few points ahead of Marcelo and Paula.
