Beginning January 2013, the University has implemented a time management system called CALM. All administrative and research staff are required to participate. The program is managed through HR Self Service by each individual. The department has a designated CALM administrator who can assist you with this.
As per University policy, all benefits eligible employees accrue 2 vacation days per month. We encourage you to use all of your time. The CALM system allows you to keep track of your accrued time. Please note that all research staff will not be compensated for unused vacation time when they leave.
